Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.
Multiple Package Delivery: Since we source products from different suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times. Items from the same supplier will typically ship together.
Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information for each package once your items have shipped. For orders with multiple items from different suppliers, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary based on supplier processing times, shipping carrier, and destination.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes
- These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient
- Some products may not be available for international shipping due to supplier restrictions
